A very rare pair of late Victorian silver and glass decanters fashioned as Ducks. One by Heath and Middleton dated for Birmingham 1892, the other by Friedlander of Berlin, circa 1890's.
Each with ribbed glass, shaped bodies and applied handles. The silver heads with coloured glass eyes, the head lifting back and the beak as the pouring spout.
A delightful and unusual Victorian whimsy.
